Made of steel and powder coated in black, these narrowboat chimney pencil pots were commissioned by The Canal Shop Company and are made in the UK.

5 inches tall and 3 inch diameter at the base - it slopes inwarards slightly toward the top - and is finished off with a pair of brass bands to imitate the real thing.

Pens are not included.

This pack contains a set of four mint stamps, which were issued to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the authorisation for the Grand Junction Canal. It also marks the centenary of the completion of the Manchester Ship Canal in 1893.
