This information can then be used by others to judge the performance of The Canal Shop Company.

  2. Ordered online on Friday morning via your website. Received a lovely, personal email in the afternoon saying that the goods had been dispatched ….. and they arrived promptly the next day in perfect condition!! Excellent service all round . Thank you – much appreciated.

  3. What fantastic service, not only has the order being processed and posted on the first day after order but my faith in human nature has been restored when I received an email from Neil saying he could get the postage cheaper and was deducting the difference from order. What a gentleman.

    I ordered several plaques which arrived extremely quickly and at a lower postage rate than originally quoted. Lovely to receive a personal email from Neil too.
    I know where to come for a guide book when I’ve decided where my next narrowboat trip will take me!
