Feel free to comment on any aspect of the transaction, from finding the items in the catalogue, to placing and receiving the order. This information can then be used by others to judge the performance of The Canal Shop Company.
This is a family friendly site, so the comments will be moderated, but only to make sure that unnecessary language, junk and blatant advertising doesn’t get on the blog.

    1. Thanks for bookmarks – excellent customer service and friendly emails – postage less than quoted and very quick delivery.
      Shall certainly be using Neil again, now that my Daughter and her Hubby are into canal boats

  1. Fantastic service. Ordered one day and received the next, with an email only an hour or two after ordering to say that my plaque had been despatched… and then the icing on the cake – they were able to send the order cheaper than the postage quoted so £2 was deducted from the charge. That’s what I call service. Many thanks. I will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future.

I am a repeat customer of the Canal Shop (mostly for brass plaques at the moment) and I keep coming back because Neil gives such good customer service – friendly emails, quick delivery and fair postage policy. Shopping online does not mean having to give up on good old fashioned service and this shop does that very well!
