  1. Excellent service! Not only did I get a nice little email to keep me informed of the status of the order but it showed up only two days later . . . and during the Christmas rush too. Uncommonly good customer service for this day-and-age. Many thanks and have a great Christmas!!!

    The tapestries arrived within two days and look really good.
    Very pleased.
    I have yet so send my wife in exchange, the postage would be prohibitive.

  4. Superb service, thank you. I ordered the Waterside Walks of Northamptonshire on Sunday, received a personal email confirming early on Monday confirming that it had been sent at a lower postage cost than expected and the book was delivered to me in perfect condition on Tuesday. Better than Amazon! Would definitely recommend to others.
