The 9th edition of this guide from Pearsons. There has been a slight change to the area covered in this edition, the River Weaver is now in, but the Erewash and everything east of Sawley is now out. This part will now be included in a new East Midlands guide, but I do not know the publication date of this one yet.

The latest two maps to be published by Heron Maps are for the Llangollen & Montgomery Canals and the Oxford Canal, which also covers the 5 miles into Coventry Basin on the Coventry Canal.

The latest map to arrive from Heron Maps is the River Thames. The Thames Path is also covered for those wanting to walk beside the river.
The route of the Thames & Severn Canal is also shown from Sapperton Tunnel to Inglesham.

After many years of trying to get these guides, they are now in stock – all 7 of them. They are the non tidal Thames & Southern Waterways, Grand Union Canal Regents & Lee & Stort, Birmingham & surrounding waterways, East Midlands & connected East Anglian waterways, Four Counties & Cheshire Rings, North East waterways and North West waterways.

The River Thames map has now joined my list of unavailable GeoProjects maps, but it is one of the new Heron maps due for release in the Spring, along with the Oxford, Llangollen and Grand Union Canal map 2.
The Heron Mon & Brec map is due out in June or July, and the BCN is listed as the end of the year. More news as and when I receive it.
