Waterways Sell Off - terms & conditions
- Any waterway related items may be listed, with the exception of any items that are already listed in the
Canal Shop Co's catalogue.
- Only private individuals can list items. No trade sales are allowed.
- To take part in the free service, the maximum asking price for any single item is £99.99p.
- If you wish to advertise anything for £100 or more, then there will be a charge of £5 or 1% of the
selling price, whichever is the greater.
- It is the seller's responsibility to describe the items accurately, the Canal Shop Co cannot be held
responsible for any inaccurate descriptions.
- Only the seller's first name and post town will be shown with the listing.
- The details of anybody expressing an interest in any of the items will be passed to the seller. It is
then up to the seller to contact the buyer to arrange the possible sale.
- The Canal Shop Company reserves the right to not list, or remove, any item from these pages, and will
always give the reasons for doing so.
- All personal information supplied by sellers and buyers will only be supplied to those who need it to
complete the sale. The information will not be supplied to anyone else, nor used for any other purpose.
