I have used this site 2 or 3 times and it is easy to use and extrememely comprehensive. If you e-mail Neill you get a reply within a day and from a real person, not a machine! He also knows what he`s on about and can make useful suggestions and recommendations which I have found very helpful and it has often saved me money as well. Don`t waste your time and hunting through other sites because this one is by far the best.

Well, the mighty Amazon.co.uk couldn’t deliver on a Pearson’s guide for next year’s narrowboat holiday – should have tried Canal Shop first! Not only was the guide delivered within a couple of days, but I got a refund because the postage was less than expected. Well done! I know where to come for the guide for 2013′s adventure now!
